Intubation is a procedure you don't usually see unless you're a medical professional. Intubation refers to a tube that is slid down a patient's throat and into their windpipe which makes it easier to get air in and out of their lungs. The tube is usually connected to a ventilator machine which automatically pumps air (and oxygen) in and out of the patient when they can't breathe on their own.
Elise and I had the opportunity to meet a medical kinkster on FetLife whose profile name is Nopston. This video was originally created for SeriousMaleBondage.com, however it's also appropriate to be posted on website. This is an interview and tour of Devobon.de with the owner Olaf in Germany. For those who may not recognize the name Devobon, this is an up-and-coming manufacturer of natural latex rubber hoods, ball mitts and bondage cuffs.
BondageFan70, SFDom and I shot this video. Because some of our group didn't want to show their face, I was the only guy left to interview and direct the video. We had a lot of fun, and I think we learned a few details about manufacturing natural rubber products along the way.
The owner Olaf is quite a handy and motivated guy. He built the entire rubber workshop himself in an old boiler plant near Hanover Germany, and he taught himself the secrets of working with liquid latex and making heavy rubber hoods. His hoods span from 1mm - 6mm in thickness. The process takes a lot of time and is not easy to complete. Olaf also manufactures inflatable rubber ball mitts, as well as rubber cuffs and collars. Everything he makes is from natural latex rubber, not petroleum-based rubber.
In this video we get to see what liquid latex looks and smells like. The latex is sold in large drums weighing approximately 200 Kg, and Olaf must distribute it into smaller containers to move it into his workshop. The liquid latex comes from rubber trees in eastern Asia. Once collected, ammonia is added to the liquid tree sap to prevent it from solidifying too quickly. As a test, BondageFan70 dipped his finger in the liquid latex and we watched it dry during the video, and pealing it off at the end of the video. Apparently, the latex is white when it's extracted from the trees, grey after the ammonia is added, and black after it has solidified and dried. This video starts off rather strangely, with mysterious sound and a visual review of the gear that's to be used in this scene. Elise Graves is in charge, and her subject is BondageFan70 who is along for the ride. This is going to be an unusual experiment with inflatable rubber and Erostek e-stim.
As the scene starts Elise slips a thin and tight-fitting rubber hood over BondageFan's head and pulls rubber ball mitts over his hands. An electrified butt-plug is inserted in his ass, and a unique e-stim device is clamped around his cock and balls. Once he's properly outfitted Elise guides him into an inflatable rubber bag with an attached gasmask. This bag was made years ago by Regulation in the UK. It's actually two rubber bags, one inside the other. Compressed air is fed into the space in between the two bags which makes the outside bag inflate and at the same time squeezes the inner bag around BondageFan's body. BondageFan is engulfed in rubber, including his head which is enclosed in the thin hood, then surrounded by the gasmask and rubber hood which are part of the inflatable bag.
Once everything is in place, Elise inflates the bag with compressed air from a SCUBA tank, then ramps up ass and cock e-stim until she can hear moans and groans from BondageFan70. All systems are go! Using black rope, Elise lashes down the inflatable bag which increases the internal air pressure, squeezing the internal bag against BondageFan's body. He's cocooned in rubber and totally helpless.
The final addition is an orange breathing hose connected between BondageFan's gasmask and Elise's specially modified breath control hospital ventilator. With the breaths-per-minute rate set fairly low, BondageFan70 must synchronize his inhale and exhale to match the ventilator or risk missing out on a full inhale of fresh air. You can see when his breathing doesn't match the ventilator by watching his gasmask. If the gasmask collapses around his face it indicates he's trying to inhale when the ventilator isn't offering air.
This scene is like a bad dream. BondageFan70 is fully cocooned in rubber, helpless, and completely under Elise's control. There's no escape and no turning back. Elise is well versed in creating these experiences for her clients, primarily because she's a kinky pervert like the rest of us!

This is an eye-popping scene we shot a few years ago with Elise Graves and Heavy, both on FetLife. Our friend HotHardHat (also on FetLife) had acquired a real Iron Lung and had it set up in his basement in New York. I told Elise about it, and naturally she wanted to see it and play with it.For those who are unfamiliar with an Iron Lung, it's a machine that was used in the 1940's and 50's to help polio patients breathe. During that period of time iron lungs filled hospital wards, assisting patients who had paralyzed diaphragms.
So, Elise and Heavy and I hopped on a plane to visit HotHardHat and experience his Iron Lung. As you may know, Elise Graves and I are both 'gear heads', meaning that we are both attracted to serious and unusual fetish gear, which helps to explain why we wanted to see the Iron Lung. The lung itself is nothing more than a round metal tube with a small round hole at one end for your head, and a round leather cover for the other end. A motor underneath the metal tube would move a lever attached to the center of the leather that would move this leather billow back and forth for each breath cycle of the patient.
Each complete in-out cycle of the leather billow would slightly inflate and deflate the air inside the lung. The resulting pressure change cycle would squeeze and un-squeeze the patient's lungs resulting in one complete breath. This is not dangerous, and the patient can easily breathe on their own if they want. However, if the patient relaxes and no longer makes an effort to breathe, the lung's pressure cycle will exercise their lungs for them, similar to pushing on someone's chest when performing CPR.
In this video we decided to put a gas-mask on Heavy and hook it up to a SCUBA tank, just for fun. One thing led to another, and before we knew it Elise had climbed into the lung with Heavy so she could more easily torment him. Being inside the Lung must have made quite an impression on her because afterwards she announced that she wanted to have an Iron Lung of her own! Initially I thought she could pick one up on Ebay, but to my surprise that was not the case. We searched and searched without luck. There were hundreds of them manufactured in the day, but there were none to be had.
Around this time there happened to be national news stories appearing about a guy who had spent his entire life in an Iron Lung, who had recently passed away. To make a long story short, his Iron Lung eventually appeared on Ebay, and Elise purchased it. So, Elise's desire to own an Iron Lung has been fulfilled, and now she can play with it anytime she likes.
